TimeClock Plus FAQ: Problems logging in

o One of our supervisors cannot log into TCP -- it says "It looks like your session is no longer valid. Please refresh the page and log back in. If you continue to receive this error, please contact your IT staff or customer support."

The supervisor may be using the wrong URL.
The correct URL for TCP Manager is: https://timeclock.vt.edu/manager.
The supervisor may not be set up with access yet.
